Payment Security
Our checkout uses SSL/TLS encryption. Card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Your full card number and CVV are transmitted directly to the payment processor and are not stored on our servers. PayPal payments are completed on PayPal’s secure platform.
Payment Failure
If your payment is declined, the order will not be confirmed. Please check your card details, expiry date, and available balance, or contact your bank. You may retry the payment or use PayPal as an alternative.
Pricing and Additional Charges
The price displayed on the product page is the price you pay. All prices include French VAT. Shipping within mainland France is free. No additional fees are added at checkout beyond the displayed total.
Invoices
An electronic invoice is sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you need a paper invoice, email info@habitatdeco.my with your order number, and we will post it to your billing address.
