Scope

These Terms of Service govern all sales made through habitatdeco.my to consumers residing in mainland France. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

Order Process and Contract Formation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. Before that point, we reserve the right to decline an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery area restrictions. If we decline, any payment already made will be refunded in full.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include French VAT (TVA). The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay. There are no hidden fees or additional charges beyond the displayed price and any applicable shipping costs (currently free for mainland France).

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We do not store your full card number or CVV on our servers.

Delivery

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, described in detail in our Returns and Refund Policy.

Legal Guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, as described in our Returns and Refund Policy.

Liability

We are liable for the proper performance of our obligations under the contract. However, we cannot be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including carrier strikes, natural events, or government actions.

All content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — is protected by French intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at info@habitatdeco.my. If we cannot resolve the issue directly, you may contact our consumer mediator (details above) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. Legal proceedings must be brought before the competent French courts.
